Who can see my data?
Your team, under the roles and warehouse-level permissions you configure. Vendor users see only their own POs, invoices, and conversations. Skuwell staff access is limited to what's needed to support you.
Can AI change my data without approval?
Only where you allow it. AI runs inside the same permission system as human users, with approval queues in front of sensitive actions and budgets capping AI spend.
Is my inventory history protected?
Yes. Every unit movement is recorded in an immutable ledger — adjustments are themselves logged, so the history can't be silently rewritten.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is exportable, and reports can be scheduled and delivered automatically. No lock-in by hostage-taking.
