Skuwell — Warehouse Management
ZONE A — PICK ZONE B — STOCK RECEIVING On hand: 842 units Across 126 active SKUs
What you get

The essentials.

  • One inventory ledger across warehouse and channels
  • Live map of zones and activity
  • Full history when counts don't match
How it runs

From batch queue to shipped label

1

Batches queue from your rules

Orders flow in; your batching policies group them into pick runs by zone, cutoff, and priority.

2

Pickers follow the map

Each batch gets a walking sequence on the live map. Supervisors see picker positions update as work moves.

3

Scan to ship

Pack verification, rate-shopped labels, and manifests — without leaving the floor.

Capabilities

What's in the box.

Live warehouse map

A 2D floor plan of your building with racks, bins, zones, and live picker positions.

Pick batches & policies

Batching rules build pick work automatically — by channel, carrier cutoff, zone, or priority.

Putaway with routing

Received stock gets a suggested home based on your rules — not tribal knowledge.

Floor-stock replenishment

Pick faces refill from overstock before they run dry.

Cycle counts & exceptions

Count policies generate work; discrepancies land in an exception queue with an audit trail.

Lot tracking

Trace lots from receipt to shipment when you need the paper trail.

Floor Mode

A scanner-first interface built for the floor — big targets, barcode everything.

Immutable movement ledger

Every unit movement is recorded permanently. When inventory is wrong, you can see why.

Why Skuwell

Most WMS tools manage a list of bin codes. Skuwell shows you a building.

Calibrate a floor plan of your actual warehouse once, and everything operational becomes spatial: where stock lives, where pickers are right now, which zones are congested, and where that putaway should go. It's the difference between reading coordinates and seeing the map.

FAQ

Warehouse Management, answered.

Does Skuwell include a warehouse floor plan?

Yes. Skuwell includes a live 2D map of your warehouse — racks, bins, zones, and picker positions update in real time. You calibrate the floor plan to your actual building during onboarding.

Do my pickers need special hardware?

No. Skuwell's Floor Mode runs in a browser on the devices you already have — phones, tablets, or scan guns with a browser. Barcode scanning works with standard scanners and device cameras.

Can Skuwell handle lot tracking?

Yes. Lots are tracked from receiving through shipment, with full movement history, so recalls and audits are a lookup rather than a project.

What happens when a count is wrong?

Discrepancies land in an exception queue with the full movement ledger behind them. You see every touch on that bin and SKU, resolve it, and the adjustment is logged permanently.
