ABC analysis
Classifying inventory into A, B, and C tiers by value or velocity so you focus control where it matters most.
ABC analysis ranks items by their contribution -- usually annual sales value. The 'A' items (often ~20% of SKUs driving ~80% of value) get the tightest control and most frequent counts; 'C' items get lighter touch. It's the Pareto principle applied to inventory.
Skuwell uses velocity and value to prioritize cycle counts, replenishment attention, and reporting, so your team spends its time on the SKUs that actually move the business. Try our ABC analysis template to classify your own catalog.
